Avnisoft works with clients to establish business terms that suit the requirements of the project. Common arrangements are listed below.

Time and Material
Commonly used scheme when hiring onsite services when the scope of work is not fully defined.

Fixed Price
Typically a fixed price model involves the following steps:

1. Requirements gathering and analysis for the proposed task
2. Submission of project proposal, outlining:

• Statement of Work
• Hardware and Software Requirements
• Acceptance Criteria
• Execution Mechanism with proposed delivery and milestone schedules
• Commercial Terms and Conditions
• Guarantee of Product Quality

3. Acceptance and sign-off of project proposal

Virtual Off-shore Development Center
This model is appropriate for customers that have a predictable amount of work to be outsourced, and want to leverage the skills and labor advantage available in India. Avnisoft will work with the customer to pull together a team with appropriate skills for the identified projects. The customer will contract with Avnisoft to make the team available for a fixed period of time. We will manage the team during that period, working on the mix of projects identified by the customer.

Build, Operate and Transfer An Off-shore Development Center
This option is an extension of the Virtual Off-shore Development Center model. However in this case we will build the entire center with the intention of turning over the physical center and the team assembled after the operation is in steady state operation. Avnisoft will create the legal entity, located and furnish an appropriate facility, hire the staff and establish operating procedures. We will also train the customer how to manage a remote facility. This option greatly reduces the risk of establishing an off-shore development center.

Joint Product Development and Revenue/Profit Sharing
Under certain circumstances Avnisoft will enter into Cooperative Development Agreements with clients. Anvisoft will provide development and marketing resources in return for a portion of the revenues/profits from the project.

IP Licensing
Avnisoft has gained substantial experience in its areas of focus. We are in the process of building a portfolio of software products that will eliminate the need for our customers to implement commonly used subsystems and tools. These software products deliver higher quality, reduced risk, time-to-market and other advantages to our customers and are licensed per use.

Delivery Mechanisms

Avnisoft offers a full spectrum of service delivery mechanisms, with the appropriate mix determined by project requirements.

• On-site support with and without project management
• Off-site support at our development centers in Sunnyvale, California
• Off-site support at our development centers in Bangalore, India.

Both development centers are fully equipped with:

• Necessary hardware and software to develop and release software products
• Secure and high speed communications
• Fully secured space for customer equipment, electronic media and published information
• Experienced Avnisoft employees with deep domain expertise
